Our Story began with a new idea of customer service; harmonizing the balance of exceeding expectations with extensive technical knowledge. In 2003, Swim Wilmington was created with what is now referred to as our Commercial Services Division. Our primary business focus was to concentrate all resources at evaluating customer needs and developing best practices to create a consistent and systematic solution. Within 5 years, our new idea has traveled by word of mouth and has led us to become the regions premier aquatic company. Demand for our solutions has prompted our expansion to now include residential and technical service divisions. Swim Wilmington currently manages over 90 commercial and residential facilities, numerous commercial water fountains and features, and is the preferred technical contractor for most of the regions top resorts, neighborhoods, builders, and developers. To this day, our focus remains stronger than ever. With greater resources at our disposal, an industry-best staff, and a passion for perfection, our story has only begun.
